If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

 

Time Frame

Requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

 

Condition of Items

 

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.

 

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or removal of labels are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Incorrect or Defective Items

 

If you received a wrong item or one with manufacturing defects, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund at no cost.

 

In these cases, FUTSTORE will cover all return-shipping expenses.

 

Personalized Products

 

Custom jerseys (with player name, number, or patches) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or the customization does not match your order.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

 

Products requested after 14 days of delivery (except defective items);

 

Items showing signs of use or damage;

 

Incorrect size choices — please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before purchase;

 

Customized or personalized products (unless defective);

 

Items damaged by misuse or not following care instructions.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Shipping Costs

 

Defective or incorrect items: FUTSTORE covers all shipping costs.

 

Other cases (change of mind, wrong size): FUTSTORE covers all shipping costs.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service; FUTSTORE is not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

5. Refund Process Timing

 

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

 

Processing times:

 

Approval: within 3 business days after receipt

 

Credit-card refunds: 1 – 30 days (depending on the bank)

 

PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay/Shop Pay: processed according to provider policy

 

Refunds will not be issued until returned products have been inspected and approved.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, a reshipping fee may be applied.

Refunds are not available for delivery failures caused by customer-provided address errors.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified period:

 

Check with your bank or credit-card company first.
